- Are you working with buyers who won’t talk to a lender you recommend?
- Are you working with sellers who only want to sell, “If they can get their price” when their price is way above the current market?
- Do your clients think they know more about the real estate business than you?
- Do you take on business your “gut” tells you to avoid, even if that business comes from your broker?
We are happy to say that our agents successfully close more escrows. We believe part of the reason they do more is because they have learned what business they should refuse.
